Legal documents

Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)

Our single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (articles 11 and 12) is contact@veruno.eu. You can write in Romanian or English.

Report illegal content

Content in Veruno is private to each organization; the only content we publish from users is approved feedback on our website. If you believe content on Veruno is illegal, write to contact@veruno.eu with:

  • the exact location (link or page) of the content;
  • why you consider it illegal, with as much detail as you can;
  • your name and email address (not required for reports about child sexual abuse material);
  • a statement that the information you give is accurate and complete, to the best of your knowledge.

We confirm receipt, review the report diligently and objectively, and tell you what we decided and how you can contest the decision.

AI transparency

Parts of Veruno's reports are generated by an AI model (provided by Anthropic): the summary of what an article claims, the comparison of where sources agree or differ, and the suggestions of what to verify next, as well as the help assistant's answers. In the platform and in PDF reports these parts are labelled AI-generated. Sources, registry records, fact-checks and image signals are retrieved data, not AI text. Every output is a triage signal, not a verdict (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, article 50).
