Undo reverses your own actions; deleted cards stay in Trash for 30 days.
The PDF report
Title, status, date, the latest analysis, cards grouped by type, images and files by name.
What Workspace can’t do
Limits
- Storage per organization. 250 MB on Basic, 2 GB on Advanced and 10 GB on Pro.
- Some file types only. Images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and CSV. Files open as downloads, not inside the board.
- Last edit wins. If two people change the same card at once, the later change is kept.
- Trash empties after 30 days. After that, deleted cards and files are removed for good.
